Because every RV Crafters product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it. If you are unsure about anything reach out to us before you buy and we will be happy to help.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost to you, no questions asked. Just contact us at rvcrafter42@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and image or video of the damage and we will take care of you right away.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If we made an error and shipped the wrong item that is on us. Contact us at rvcrafter42@gmail.com and we will send the correct item immediately at no additional cost.

ORDER ERRORS BY THE CUSTOMER

If you selected the wrong item at checkout we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. You are welcome to place a new order at any time. If you are unsure about your order please reach out before purchasing and we will point you in the right direction.
